As Elevate Rapid City’s event and marketing coordinator, Maddie Bazala is melding her love of people with her organizational talents. In her role, Maddie builds connections with investors helping them schedule out their events and celebrating their milestones.

She manages and plans a variety of Elevate’s events including quarterly mixers, lunch and learns, and coffee connections.

Maddie is a newbie to the Black Hills moving with her husband Aidan from their home state of Minnesota to Rapid City in September. 2023 has been quite an adventure for Maddie. Aside from joining the Elevate Rapid City team, she graduated from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul in May, married her “best friend” in August, and adopted a puppy named Murphy in October.

Maddie also works part time as a pup attendant for Doggy Social, a Minnesota-based company that provides personal wedding-day attendants for your best furry friends.

She loves being a part of the Elevate family and Black Hills community.
